Since my last post, Jane has assisted us in purchasing our new house. Again, our experience with Jane was amazing! She was able to move us through a rather complicated offer/bidding process with multiple other extremely competitive offers. Based upon Jane's hard work and savvy real estate experience our offer was accepted! We could not be happier. Jane then let us through the process of an extremely quick closing, inspections, and complicated financing. Throughout the process she was extremely professional, courteous, responsive, and diligent. In addition, she assisted us in a possible purchase of an investment property in Buena Vista, Colorado. This property was extremely complicated with multiple factors that needed to be reviewed prior to making any offers. Even though this property was over 2 hours away from her location, Jane handled all of our issues, researched the details of this property, and identified serious pitfalls which ultimately made this possible investment a poor choice for us. Jane's guidance through all of this was extremely helpful and assisted us in making an educated and wise decision. Thanks Jane for all of your help with our real estate transactions! We can't wait to work with you on the next one.

Not sure we would have made it through the process of buying our first house without Jane! Her guidance helped us to focus our search and her knowledge of the market made us feel confident in our decision. Most importantly she would not let us settle for anything we weren’t over the moon about which led us to discovering a house and neighborhood that we absolutely adore! I have never worked with someone in any industry that is so responsive and competent. We’ve used Jane to sell/buy twice now and could not be more pleased with her work. She got us an amazing price for our last home and helped us find just the right place for us. The Denver/Colorado market are hot ones, to say the least, especially for "sellers," but without the right person helping you and making sure you get the best value and deal in place then you are completely lost. We needed someone that understood not only the intricacies of the market but people as well. Jane went above and beyond for us and knocked it out of the park! Her professionalism, knowledge, network, attention to detail, her hustle/tenacity, guidance, honesty, and support were uncanning. Jane helped us purchase our first home - it was a positive experience end-to-end. We were tough clients, too: buying in CO from out of state with a pretty strict wishlist while being budget conscious. Jane was amazingly responsive and willing to hustle to a property for a video showing, sometimes within minutes of us expressing interest. She's candid about the process too, noticing details and advising us honestly about the pros and cons of every place we saw. We didn't feel pressured at any point, no hard-sale or rushing... she's patient and genuinely seems to want what's best for her clients. Highly recommended!

Jane was my realtor for my first home-buying experience and I can't say enough great things about her professionalism, candor, and commitment to finding me my first apartment! It was a stressful process to say the lease but Jane never pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go in. It was an absolute pleasure being able to work with Jane on selling/finding our next home. She immediately was able to get a sense of what we were looking for in our next home, and made sure we had the tools to get it. She gave great advice, but always made sure we were comfortable with what decisions we were making. This is not an easy market to be a buyer in, but we were confident that we would be able to find something that met our wants/needs when shopping houses with her. The selling experience was also amazing, and she was able to get us an offer that allowed us the ability to buy our next home comfortably. Our house was only on the market for a single weekend and we had multiple above asking offers.

Jane is by far and away the best!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and her attention to detail is unmatched. She probably took me to look at over 20 houses and had all the facts about every single one of them. In addition to being amazing during the purchasing process, Jane has been helping me with random home stuff ever since! A couple months ago I ran into a situation during a DIY water faucet repair, fortunately she was able to walk me through shutting the water to the house off and avoiding a flood 😊. I highly recommend Jane for all your real estate needs!!
