Jane, what can I say... She was straight to the point, keep me informed all the way to closing. closing at times can be dicey, however, closing was fast, simple, and on time without any issues. Jane is the best, I will be asking for her services again in the near future, and I now understand why she is ranked one of the top realtors on the beach!

Outstanding Experience. Jane brings a very high degree of expertise to the entire real estate process. The level of attention she provided was excellent as she was in constant communication with us. As an out of state buyer, she went out of her way to handle a number of items that we were not there to manage, and were above an beyond.

Ours was a challenging situation as we initially pursued another property.
We changed direction mid stream and became interested in another home. At this point it became clear that she is truly interested in helping us get what we wanted and not just a quick sale. She went through all the additional steps, did a great job of pointing out the pros and cons, and reassured us along the way that it continued to be her pleasure.

A Consummate Professional in command of all aspects of our sale. Thoroughly personable, Jane took charge of all aspects of our sale. We live on the West Coast, so Jane had to handle all interactions on our behalf. This included the normal listing and showing aspects, but also the complete refreshing of our two-bedroom condo, including especially the hiring of and coordination with contractors for painting, plumbing, electrical fixture installation, appliance repair, closet shelf replacement, return of leased Spectrum equipment, and cleaning. She guided us through the pricing and price-adjustment exercises as well as our negotiation mechanics and provided excellent market exposure using drone overhead photos and magazine cover placement, maximizing our financial results. She took care of all interactions with a pedantic Buyer's Agent (!) and joined us at the Title Transfer meeting to guide us through discussions on various escrow and banking considerations.

Unparalled service. Jane McCroary rates superlatives in every category. Her knowledge of the Gulf Coast of Florida is unmatched. She was familiar with every condo community I expressed interest in. She did not state her personal preferences about properties but simply supplied her knowledge and objectively shared the experience of other clients.
Jane's team truly provides FULL service. I never worried about one detail. They set out a clear timeline of what was to be accomplished when and alerted me of the tasks that I needed to accomplish. They have relationships with inspectors, trades people and all the other professionals needed to complete the sale. Even if I weren't new to the area I certainly would never have had the contacts that Jane's team does. Jane emphasizes the work of her TEAM. She teaches and mentors her team members in how to provide the best possible service and that leadership shows. Her team is always available. I just now lost a entrance code and Jamie Felton, who is not even in town, responded to me immediately. In what other service industry would that happen?
Personally Jane is an ethical yet committed competitor. She will advocate for you through the closing and I am sure, if I need her, beyond. You will get the best deal possible with Jane McCroary as a buyer and I am sure as a seller. No matter what the price of the property, Jane provides the same outstanding service.

Handled͏ everything like a master
This is our second go-round with Jane, and honestly I wish I could take her to every place we deal with real estate. We weren't even in Florida, and she handled everything like a master. She took our plain brick home, and had the furniture staged, had the landscaperes come in. The result was a stunner - and it sold on the 2nd day of showing for 23K more than we thought was our absolute max. Honestly guys, do your research and then come back and get Jane. When you figure that it costs virtually the same percentage for a bad agent as it does to get the very best out there, it's a massively easy call. It was for us - AND - as a repeat client, she gave us a discount! Just amazing - THANKS JANE!

This was my eight housing purchase that covered four states and used numerous agents to buy and sell my properties. Jane was by far one of the best. She identified properties that were what I was looking to purchase, was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from understanding issues with properties, their values and negotiation with the other agent all in a timely and professional manner. I signed up on a popular referral web site and Jane was one of many respondents, right away I could tell she was different from all the others . Within the first 24hrs she had answered a lot of the big questions I had while 3 other realtors did nothing . I knew right away she was going to work for me and not just list my property and disappear ,I felt I could trust her from the very beginning and trust is everything. Jane is very experienced and knowledgeable she knows what needs to happen to sell ,she did most of the staging of the property that was a huge plus .
