Janet is dedicated to giving the highest quality customer service with a sense of warmth and friendliness while treating everyone with the utmost integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
She was born a sandlapper in Darlington, South Carolina.

Lived in Wadesboro, North Carolina before moving to Myrtle Beach. Her husband and her have been married for 37 years and they have one daughter who works and lives in North Myrtle Beach. As you can see, her family loves the beach and the sunshine. It is a peaceful place that she calls home.

Being with family and friends, beach music and shagging, walking on the beach, decorating and of course…Ocean Drive, are just a few things Janet loves most!

She’s a previous member of the Rotary Club, Historical Society, Town Council committee, Uptown renovation committee, Habitat for Humanity, Woman’s Club, First Baptist Church and handbell choir. Giving back to her community and being trustworthy and honest is a priority for her.

She has over 26 years of real estate experience and is a licensed broker in SC as well as NC. Real Estate is her passion and what she does!

2019 Involved in over 7 million in transaction sales

She was previously chosen as a top producer in the real estate industry and presented the "Realtor of the Year" award. Served on the Board of Realtors for several years.
General brokerage sales has been her career representing sellers as well as buyers in every aspect of the listing and selling process including primary homes, second homes and investment properties. Gaining experience as an on-site realtor for residential properties in the last five years.
