Janet is an outstanding real estate agent and my husband and I were very fortunate to work with her during the sale of our home. Selling a home is stressful and while we valued Janet's expertise, we were equally grateful for her kindness, patience, and availability in answering our numerous questions. Janet gave us honest feedback about our options and took the time to check in with us frequently throughout the process. We knew that Janet was in our corner every step of the way and would absolutely work with her again, if the opportunity arises!

Janet is unquestionably the best agent I've ever worked with and I'd highly recommend her. All the way through the listing and sale of our house, she went above and beyond what we expected. She brought a car load of items to help stage the house and then spent the time with us to set things up for display for the photos and open house.

One of the things that we appreciated the most was that no matter how busy her schedule, she ALWAYS took the time to clearly communicate what we needed to know and answer any of our questions. I've worked with about two dozen agents total, and know there is a wide range of communication styles - but in my opinion, Janet's is the best!

Another crucial thing that I want to mention, is that she has very clear principals and ethics that she sticks to. That is so essential when navigating the R.E. markets. The same could not be said of the agent we used when we bought the home, and it clearly makes a difference - in stress, regret and expenses. Janet on the other hand was worth every penny of her commission.

The only "complaint" I have is that if we move out of her area, I can't teleport her to work with us! :-)

My partner and I just purchased our first home and were a bit anxious and uneasy about the whole process. Lucky for us we had Janet to guide us through the entire way. She calmed our nerves, was thoughtful, genuine, and very patient when we needed time to make final decisions. Her many years of experience were on display throughout each step. She knew where to look for potential red-flags when we viewed homes, she discussed openly her thought process on how to negotiate with the seller, and didn't give in to any pressure. She had our back the entire time. It was a pleasure to work with Janet when buying our home! We highly recommend reaching out to her if you're wanting to take that next step in becoming a homeowner.
