Janet is FANTASTIC!!!!

Our neighbor sold his house a month prior and was blown away by the service that SHE provided.

We decided to hire her based on his recommendations and we were not disappointed. After first call, we met quickly and she explained the entire process and timeline. She agreed to market our home while we were on vacation for 10 days and she was able to find a buyer get offers approved before we got back - at the price WE wanted!!!

She was great to work with from start to finish!

What really struck me was the first interaction with Janet. I sent an email at 11:30 p.m. asking many questions about the upcoming house selling process. I thought I would receive a response later the next day, but she stayed up past midnight and sent me a response in the middle of the night, stepping out detailed answers to each of my questions. That start to the relationship meant so much to me.

Janet then quickly facilitated every single step of the process, putting me in touch with contractors, giving me detailed descriptions of what to expect, and checking on me from time to time to make sure my anxiety wasn't too high during the entire process!

I would definitely recommend her to anybody who wants that extra reassurance of having someone who knows what they are doing (and who is really good at doing it!).

Janet and her team made the impossible happen for my parents this past December of 2020. My parents had a 90 day notice in October 2020 to evacuate the house they had been renting for many years due to the owner wanting to sell the house. My parents were able to move into their new home before Christmas. Janet and her team were able to get a home for my parents within their budget, in such short notice, AND in the middle of this chaotic house market. Janet being bilingual helped my parents feel safe and supported through their journey of buying their home. We will forever be grateful for all that Integrity Real Estate made happen.

We sold our home in Stockton, California in 2020 and moved out of state.
Janet provide great communication and great service in listing our property.

The whole team, did a fantastic job of explaining to us the proccess of the sale. Janet has a ton of experience with all aspects of real estate and it really shows. She made some simple recommendations on the property that allowed us to received strong offer from a qualified buyer.

This all happened during Covid. We had some different rules and hoops to jump through regarding the state of California's protocol with social distancing, etc..

All in all, they adapted well. I think it was a difficult time for many people.

Integrity real estate is a first-class company. They should be the first real estate firm you should call for any future business if your looking to buy or sell any real estate..
