Janice Dumont

Janice Dumont is the Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living of Norway Holding, Incorporated with over 20 years of residential real estate experience. Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Janice was co-founder and Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at PrimeTime Communities LLC, a company she expanded into five states in 10 years.

With over $1 Billion in sales management over the last decade, she has experience in large multi-family projects with both national and regional developers, residential sales, leasing and marketing.

Recognized both locally and nationally by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) for her unique understanding of site demographics, product branding, market requirements as well as site-specific sales models, Ms. Dumont has continually delivered sales results exceeding developers’ expectations while adhering to budgetary commitments.
