Janith Boyd

I began my real estate career in the 1980’s and have a wealth of experience in numerous facets of the business. I have specialized in residential and commercial sales and leasing as well as the sale of raw land, farms, and ranches. My professional associations currently include the National Association of Realtors and MetroTex Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am a past director/secretary of the Van Alstyne Chamber of Commerce.

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is developing ongoing business relationships and rapport with my clients, as well as helping them achieve their real estate goals and putting their interests first.

I look forward to helping my repeat and referral clients and future clients, too, as we move forward past the pandemic and the struggles we have all worked through.
