Jared Heil

Jared Heil is a licensed sales associate with Capri Realty. A Southwest Florida expert, Jared consults and assists customers within our unique market. He has sold properties ranging from $130,000 to over $6.5 million. In his first three years with Capri Realty, Jared sold numerous waterfront homes and condos. He also has experience with master-planned subdivisions, luxury RV lots, golf communities, new construction, and even beachfront homes!

Jared wears many hats. He is a professional meteorologist with the U.S. National Weather Service in Phoenix, AZ. He spent more than a decade broadcasting the weather in Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana on multiple TV stations. Jared was even nominated for an Emmy Award in 2012 and is certified as a proficient broadcast meteorologist by the American Meteorological Society.

Jared grew up near Louisville, KY - in a small Indiana town north of the Ohio River. He was never a fan of the weather at that latitude! With a family home right here on Isles of Capri, he says these Isles have become his adopted hometown. He puts it well: “There’s something truly special about this little corner of Florida and its endless supply of warm, salty air.”
