He began his recruitment journey to find agents who align with his core values, and hone fresh energy to cultivate a highly individualized experience.
Jasan Sherman has developed a lifetime’s worth of knowledge about the Westside neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Raised in Pacific Palisades, he has resided in Santa Monica and Venice for more than twenty years. Jasan is one of the leading experts in Residential Real Estate throughout the Westside, including Santa Monica, Venice and other West Los Angeles neighborhoods, and he takes pride in assisting home buyers and sellers as well as investors looking to buy or sell residential income property or land.
Prior to becoming a full time Realtor in 2001, Jasan worked for ten years in the film industry, including several years as a Location Scout, and where he utilized his unique local knowledge as a third generation Los Angeles native.
Jasan also enjoys assisting his residential investor clients by personally managing apartment buildings, which keeps Jasan connected to the real-life experiences of owning, living, and managing real property in West Los Angeles.
