About Jason

Jason Aprile, CCIM is a third generation Tampa native that has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 13 years.

Prior to founding Aprile Real Estate, Inc., Jason worked with two local real estate brokerage firms to provide agency leasing and investment property services to local, regional and national ownerships in the Tampa Bay area. With Jason’s involvement, over 250 lease and sales transactions were closed totaling 1,000,000 SF with a transaction value of over $100,000,000.

Jason is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a B.A. in Finance. He has been a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Growing up outdoors, Jason’s hobbies include hunting and fishing. Long-time Tampa Bay residents, Jason and his wife, Natalie, live in Tampa, Florida and have two beautiful sons, Jason and Brodie.
