About Jason

It has been Jason’s absolute pleasure to represent so many customers in the North Florida market during his career. Since 2004, Jason has had the opportunity to work in many capacities in the real estate industry. Through that, Jason gained the necessary experience that led to him being a good leader to a large number of agents. Some of his career highlights are being an Owner/Broker of First Coast Realty Group, LLC, a 50-agent company that averaged 100 million in sales annually. Also, Jason has had the pleasure of mentoring and coaching many agents into a very successful real estate career. For that, he is most proud. Jason has been a successful agent, team lead, and now Flex team leader for many years and has enjoyed teaching other agents and watching them change their lives for their families.

Real estate is very personal to Jason. He passionately represents his customers, his agents, and his team as a very knowledgeable and capable leader. Currently, Jason represents Century 21 Lighthouse Realty as the Vice President of Operations and Sales and continues to mentor and lead.

I can't speak highly enough about this brokerage. IAs an employee this is an incredible place to work. At First Coast you're not treated like just another number or employee, you're treated like family, and everyone does anything they can to help out. Clients are not just another transaction, they become friends and the relationships continue way after the deal is complete.
