Jason Beaton was an excellent advocate for our very first house purchase. We were blown away with his tenacity, attention to detail, commitment to help us find what was right for our family, ability to negotiate,, and avid communication throughout the entire process. His eagerness, energy, and pleasant personality will have you considering him a friend by the end of your journey. Jason never made us feel like a bother or burden. We even had him look into seeing 8 houses in one day, and he made sure we got to as many as he could contact (happened to be 6 of them). He never lost his vigor and never tried to push us into a home that we didn't feel was right. He was with us through every step of the process, including closing day. I highly recommend anyone who wants to find a house to look him up. We definitely will have Jason Beaton as an asset in our arsenal for our future purchases.

Jason is a hard working, very motivated young man who will treat you like family. He made great suggestions when we decided to sell our house and took any ideas from us seriously. We lived in our home the whole time it was being shown and that is a hard thing to work around in this market but he made it happen and it sold quickly. He will out work anybody else in real estate and regardless of experience, hard work will always get the job done. Something you don't see much of anymore. Jason was great to work with and I believe if he didn't answer my call we would have never got the house we wanted bc no one else wanted to work and show us the place but Jason answered and got us in and he dealt with me calling all the time answered all my questions all and all very good at what he does
