Jason Belcher

Jason is one of the original founders of the company and has sold or invested in real estate since 1995. Growing up on the East Coast, Jason fell in love with the Bay Area when he came to Stanford University in 1993 and earned his master’s degree.

Jason is a licensed real estate broker (#01416754), REALTOR®, property manager, Homeowner Association board member, and investor, who has sold and shown properties throughout the Bay Area. He was recognized as the #7 producer of 400 at his previous agency.

Prior to real estate, Jason was awarded a President’s Award as a manager at General Electric for work on the Y2K project. Additionally, he spent time as naval flight student and then Public Affairs Officer at the Pentagon.

Besides real estate, Jason enjoys aviation, photography, movies, and spending time with his dog.
