Jason has been a cornerstone in Utah Real Estate over the last 20+ years. Starting on the data and technology side of real estate, Jason worked for the cutting-edge research firm Newreach where he was responsible for product sales and expansion. Jason helped propel the company’s
growth Utah to a regional base of clients, growing revenue from $5,000 per month to $75,000 per month in a four-year period. After Newreach Jason has had unique opportunities in Land Acquisition, Land Research, Feasibility Studies, Home Sales and Home Building. Working for a
variety of brand names including Costar, D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes, Meyers Research (Zonda), American Homes 4 Rent, Property Landing and the Eldredge Group.
