Jason Freeman and I have been great friends for quite some time now, probably 8 years or so. Since the day I met him, I've known him to be THE most organized individual I've ever known. He's prompt, on time, professional, and carries himself in a way that would show you he takes his job seriously. But even more than his professionalism and organizational skills, I would say his heart for people is his greatest asset. After going to Zambia with him to do missions work for 6 months, and working in ministry for several years alongside him, I've gotten to really know his servant heart.
