Jason Hester

Jason Hester is a respected Realtor with a well established track record of success in the Richmond area real estate market. A proven negotiator, he has broad experience in marketing and selling single family homes, townhomes & condos on behalf of his clients. He also has an excellent record representing small and medium sized investors interested in procuring and divesting rental income properties and identifying best uses for undeveloped land. He is an award winning, multi-million dollar producer, having received several gold and silver medals from his previous firm, consistent recognition for his sale volume from the Richmond Association of Realtors and is a five time recipient of the 5 Star award from Richmond Magazine. He was named RS&Co's Realtor of the Year in 2017 as well as being named to the company's Partners' Circle for his sales production. Some of Jason's most valued clients are those who are in their retirement years and call on him to help them make plans for their housing needs in later years. Whether it's aging in place, moving to a 55+ neighborhood or selecting a active adult community, Jason gladly walks them through the options available and provides seniors with the information they need to make a decision that works best for them and that they are in control of.

Jason is a graduate of Midlothian High School and Virginia Tech. He previously worked in the dotcom arena and in local politics & state government before deciding to go to work helping his broad network of contacts with their personal real estate needs.

Jason is a lifelong resident of the metro Richmond area, having grown up in Midlothian. He has has lived in the Fan, Northside and Forest Hill. He currently resides in the Roxshire neighborhood of Midlothian area with his wife and daughters.

He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughters attending soccer games, gymnastics and going to the pool. He stays active in the local Presbyterian church, having served a Deacon overseeing local mercy ministries. He is a graduate of the Richmond Christian Leadership Initiative, volunteered on the real estate advisory committee of the Southside Community Housing & Development Corp and has served on the Richmond Association of Realtors Legislative Committee and as an RPAC Trustee, including terms as chair for both groups. Currently he serves as an Elder in his current church, where he helps lead worship on occasion and loves to volunteer for the annual VBS program.
