Jason Kulp

After serving in the Marines, and spending over twenty years in the restaurant industry and law enforcement combined, I am now serving people in real estate. I moved to Florida from Columbus, Ohio to help people through an exciting life event, while providing attention-to-detail to their needs. I love entrepreneurship and enjoy helping people grow their businesses and find the right place to do just that.

I recognize the importance of drive and determination in relation to productivity. I am accustomed to putting in extra work to get ahead, and I acknowledge the value in balancing personal performance with the greater good of the project. I am energized by the opportunity to experience new situations and learn new lessons. I am quick to recognize the value in curiosity, diversity, and variety, and I demonstrate this in my behavior and personal culture. I make decisions and take actions based on what I believe to be best, and I prioritize the tasks that seem most appealing. I see the end goal of a project as just one component. I adapt well to a variety of new or unexpected events without even the slightest disruption. I embrace the uncertain and excel when new and interesting challenges arise. I will never give up despite challenges or opposition. I'm tenacious and insistent in reaching my goals and have been told I am an inspiration to others.

I have been married to my wonderful wife Tracey for over 26 years and we have three grown kids and a black lab. My goal is to help you accomplish yours, and I could not be more proud to be with such a great company. Let's work together to grow your business.
