Jason asked us for the type & price of the property we were interested in purchasing. He provided us with information on properties in our price range. We found a property we liked. We made an offer less than list price. The Seller had a full price offer but chose ours when we agreed to a higher price, but less than list price, based on Jason's recommendation. We closed the purchase early. Jason and his team made everything happen on time. We were very pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge of the local market & local market conditions.

I have known Jason for over 14 years, he is extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me, for the sale of my condo. I knew i was getting a great person on my side, and he surpassed my expectations. Upon his first visit, i had a solid plan to sell my condo and the necessary steps to take to receive top offers. After a few challenging showings (due to the neighbors) I received a full price offer with in a week of being on the market. (2016)
Jason took the time to explain everything to me and to my parents and was very patient with me asking 1,000 questions.

He offered excellent advice and enabled the closing process to go smoothly despite problems on the buyers side. Jason was absolutely fabulous to partner with from start to finish for the sale of our home! We had a rental property that needed a complete overhaul before being placed on the market. Jason was lock step throughout – recommendations for affordable updates that would improve the value for resale, assisting us to find products and providing vendor referrals. As all home projects go, ours was not without many unexpected challenges. Jason consistently came by to check in on the progress but more so to support our efforts and reinforce that at the end of the day it would be worth it. He reviewed options for the timing for listing and pricing based on the current market activities. We put our house on the market on Thursday evening and from Friday through Sunday we had 77 showings and 22 offers over asking! Ultimately, we closed at 50k over the asking price which far exceeded our expectations!

If you choose Jason, you won’t ever feel that you are taking a back seat to any other clients. He is always present, responsive (regardless of the time of day) and doesn’t hesitate to jump in whatever the need. Jason is honest, nimble, down to earth and has an engaging approach! The family friends who referred Jason to us said we wouldn’t find anyone more qualified or committed - they were spot on! We were so pleased with the level of service he provided. We highly recommend Jason - you won’t find anyone better at your side!

I had been looking for a house for a few months with another real estate agent. This realtor was experienced, however, after a few months looking at houses and putting in offers, I felt they were losing interest and it started to become harder to reach them.

I decided to try someone new. As Jason and I worked together, looking for a home didn’t feel like a job and I enjoyed it once again. During this time he was professional, knowledgable, timely, offered great advice, and never left any of my questions unanswered. And most importantly Jason was honest. All of this was very important to me as a first time home buyer with little knowledge of the process.

July 2014: We were referred to Jason Marcus when we were in the market to sell our condo and upgrade to a single family home. The neighborhood that we were targeting was in demand, however, Jason assured us that it would happen in our timeframe. Not only did we get our turnkey home, but it happened in the most perfect timing with the sale of my condo.
