Jason Meglich has been described by his clients as one of Boulder’s hardest working and most tenacious Real Estate Agents. Jason’s ability to think outside the box in order to sell or buy a home is unrivaled. He encompasses a wealth of knowledge around the Boulder County/Denver Metro landscape and works with traditional home buyers and sellers while specializing in investment properties and home renovation. Jason launched his real estate career in 2004 with the purchase of his own investment property. After his first purchase, followed several more and the birth of his own successful real estate investment company, The AVAR Group, LLC. This company allowed Jason to hone his skills in the areas of home renovation, investment property qualification and simply put, the most effective way to buy and sell homes. Jason acquired his broker’s license in 2009 and has successfully supported clients all over the Colorado front range ever since. Jason loves the outdoors and can often be found mountain biking, running or hiking trails in the summer and snowboarding Colorado’s famed powder throughout the winter. He also loves to spend time with his wife, Carolyn and his four year old son, Alex.
