From day one, and weeks/months before we were even ready to buy a home, Jason worked with my husband and I throughout the whole process. He's thorough, provided sources, and worked with our schedule no matter what day of the week it was whenever we reached out to him. He was not just professional, but transparent and speedy; he treated us like a friend and not just another client, enough that we feel comfortable to spend a day getting to know him if the time allowed. Jason provided a phenomenal experience from start to finish! He was consistently responsive and timely in his work on my sale. Not only did he do everything he said he would do in selling my property, but he went above and beyond not only for me as the seller but also in support of the buyer and their agent to be sure paperwork was in order and home sale tasks were completed thoroughly and in the most cost effective way possible for everyone. Jason is honest, professional, and highly ethical. He is truly the best realtor I have ever worked with!

Jason was awesome. Great open communication throughout the buying process. Extremely attentive and responsive. Went above and beyond. We were able to secure our house with a contingency offer. Helped secured our house on closing date due to wire transfer limits from our bank. Got birthday party recommendations for our 5 year old son. Also told him we would name next dog after after, although not sold on Lil Miscato. Would recommend to my own family.

Jason is very patient and professional. Never pressured us and made sure we were completely 100% happy and satisfied in the purchase of our home. On numerous occasions he expressed to us “I don’t care if we have to look at a thousand houses, we’ll look as long as we need to in order to make sure you find the perfect one.” We are now living in a home in which we are completely in love with! I would recommend Jason to ANY home buyer!
