Jason was amazingly patient with us during a 9+ month search during a challenging market for a buyer. His attention to detail showed both when he listened intently for our family’s needs and sharing great homes for our criteria. We never felt pressured - there were times when he pointed out faults and defects in homes that we didn’t notice ourselves. He was always responsive via text, phone, and email, and had an accurate sense when to use the right one to reach us at a given time. We finally closed on a home we are in love with and looking forward to staying in touch with him!

We met Jason and his staff through a realtor in our area. The referring realtor had nothing but nice things to say about Jason and BHHA staff--and what a nice, pleasant experience it's truly been!

From when we first met Jason and his associate to when we turned over our condo and mailbox keys, the entire process from the meet-and-greet Jason has been rewarding and successful. I would not hesitate to partner with him again!

We closed the sale of the condominium while on the market for only four days, during which we had nineteen showings! While not being aggressive in the negotiations, there was never a hitch through the entire process and we, thanks in large part to Jason, achieved our asking price from one of the original nineteen viewing parties.

Five million stars. Jason is so very helpful and supportive throughout the stressful experiences of house hunting, house selling, and moving! It took us a while to find what we loved, but Jason was patient with us and really gave us time/ let us be picky to evaluate what we needed in a home. My husband and I were so nervous to sell and purchase at this time after hearing crazy housing market stories but Jason walked us through everything professionally and made sure all bases were covered through each step. We just became new parents as well and Jason guided us flawlessly and respectfully. We were able to get a home we love on a tight budget in a crazy market only because of Jason. Jason is truly AMAZING! My husband and I just closed on our first house and it wouldn't have been possible without Jason. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing. Jason held our hands throughout the entire process. He really listened to us and understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it. Whenever we toured a property he'd point out the important things to look at - both the good things and things that could potentially be concerning about a property - and we really appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and he's taught us so much. When we were ready to put an offer in on our dream house he talked us through the entire process and walked us through what each offer document meant. He always made himself available to answer our questions - day or night.
