Jason R. Pyle is a native Arizonian born and raised right here in Phoenix, Arizona. Jason has been in homebuilding and real estate, combined for over 27 years. Starting as a framer out of high school, framing homes for seven years and becoming a supervisor his last two years of his career as a framer, running up to sixteen guys and building two homes at a time while leading two separate crews. He then was offered a job as an assistant superintendent with KBHOME in Scottsdale, Arizona. Seeing the opportunity, he took the chance and ran with it for the next four years, at the end taking the leadership skills he was learning and was running his own subdivision with assistant superintendents of his own. He then moved to Pulte Homes, where he transitioned from construction to new home sales. This was the place where he was able to shine, with the customer service skills and construction knowledge, he was able to answer questions and concerns and give the sense of security that he was the right person for the job in selling you a home with giving you peace of mind. As they say, the rest is history….
Jason has worked in resale since 2010, working with all diverse types of clients, from first time home buyers to the seasoned buyer, investors, empty nesters, sellers as well. Jason has even flipped properties in the past and has an eye for what it takes to make a house your home. Jason really prides himself on customer service and when working with Jason you can feel the genuine sincerity and the heart he puts into his craft of real estate.
When Jason is not doing real estate, he likes to spend his off-time cooking, training jiu jitzu, exercising, and spending time with his children, friends, and family. He does have an artistic side too, love playing music, guitar, bass, piano, and singing with his daughter too!
