My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Jason Rabon as our real estate agent and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and always dedicated to helping us find our dream home. As first-time home buyers, we were new to the process, but Jason was patient and took the time to teach us everything we needed to know. Jason was great to work with. We initially told him we might be looking for a condo/townhouse sometime in the next year but were in no rush. He set us up with daily property listing emails and let us take our time. When we decided after a couple of months that it was time to buy, he was available and very responsive to show properties and answer all questions. Jason's help with contract negotiation, due diligence, inspection and closing were great. You will enjoy working with him.

Being a first-time home buyer, going into the home buying process can be somewhat daunting but those concerns were quickly put to rest upon getting connected with Jason. He provided us a full breakdown of what to expect as well as all the necessary resources to find our home. Once we found "the one" and going under contract he was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The team of resources he brought to the table between establishing a mortgage broker to the certified-inspector to insurance providers provided us all the tools we needed to make this a smooth process. I would definitely recommend working with Jason and definitely plan to work with him again in the future!

He is also very safely showing homes during this time of COVID - he brings masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for clients to use so they feel comfortable. And super responsive to all my questions.
