Jason Trueblood

After graduating College in 2012, Jason joined a wealth management group with Morgan Stanley in Pasadena to begin gathering knowledge and experience in investment banking, while also successfully obtaining his real estate sales license at the age of 22. After a 5-year run with ESPN and NFL Network, Jason was hired by Trumark to revamp marketing, and to create a analytics and logistics department.

During his tenure, Jason has increased Trumark’s web presence with a modernized website, various SEO campaigns, and social media engagements. In conjunction with Trumark’s digital emphasis, the built-out analytics and logistics department has created a contemporary and streamlined experience for our residents/tenants, vendors and clients.

At Trumark, Jason oversees client portfolio financials, leases commercial space, develops capital improvement project ideas and executes the projects, creates financial forecasting reports, farms potential new assets for clients and assist in real estate transactions.

Jason graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and is also a IREM Certified Property Manager.

Born in Pasadena, Jason has always had an interest in the Rose Bowl Game and is now a part of the Tournament of Roses Committee. His interest also include wood working, concerts, sporting events and cooking.
