Jay Schulman started his Real Estate Career in 1989 as a licensed agent in Maryland. After a few years, Jay went to work for local Maryland builders as a sales representative and worked his way up to Management. After a short sabbatical in the tech industry, Jay became the Director of Education & Development for a company that managed over 115 builders and 200 sales representatives. In that time, he created training materials and worked 1-1 with 100’s of new home representatives to improve their sales skills.

Later, Jay founded The New Home Sales Connection. This company provided sales coaching and consulting to many of the National and Regional new home builders in over 35 markets across the country. Eventually, Jay was asked to work exclusively as VP of Sales for one of the largest Active Adult builders on the east coast.

With his vast knowledge of the real estate market in new homes as well as resales, Jay is enjoying his success as a top producing REALTOR® in Sussex County, DE and is looking forward to helping you with your home buying & selling needs. Jay is the team leader for The Delashore Team.
