Jay Skenderian is CEO and cofounding partner of Morgan Skenderian Real Estate Investment Group. Bringing in over twenty-five years of experience in real estate brokerage, Jay has an impressive portfolio of over two billion of investment real estate sold.

Prior to Morgan Skenderian Inc., Jay was Vice President for a large local investment real estate firm where he led the business as a top producer. Jay, along with partner Ken Morgan, recognize the dire need for quality service with respect to each client interaction. Jay and Ken abide by strict client-based standards of excellence and strive to achieve their goals of quality service in all aspects of their business. Jay’s vast experience, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, enables him to provide the highest level of service that he laid as the groundwork of Morgan Skenderian Inc. After growing up in Belmont Shores, CA, Jay went on to Arizona State University where he earned his bachelors degree in Business/Real Estate and currently remains an active member of the Alumni Association. He now resides in the community of Coto de Caza with his family. In his leisure time, Jay enjoys golf and traveling with his family.
