My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jayne Gregory as our realtor. I have worked with several realtors over the years and Jayne is definitely the best of the bunch. Jayne is professional, honest and very hard-working. She has years of experience and her negotiating skills are top notch. She is very quick to respond and will meet you anytime, anywhere 7 days a week. Once it came time to place bids or negotiate, Jayne was instrumental in explaining the entire process and answering all our questions. Even if you don’t have the top bid she can find a way to get your bid considered. From the beginning of the home buying and selling process, Jayne will walk you through every step of the way. It was a very pleasant experience working with Jayne. I highly, highly recommend her.

When my husband passed, I was overwhelmed with the whole concept of our house. To sell, to rent, I knew I couldn't maintain it with my health. Others felt it was too soon for me to sell, that I didn't know my own mind.
I decided to research and came along Jayne Gregory. Her gentle spirit was calming in a sea of chaos that was the estate settling issues.
She did not push me to sell, but rather made sure I knew she was still around and aware as the year went on. I became more and more convinced that if I was not able to maintain the house that I would sell. Jayne never once influenced my decision, but stood by me and supported me as I made it. Once the decision was made, Jayne and her team took the problems into their hands that they could, and I can only say that the whole deal was a blessing and miraculous when everything settled out.

I will use Jayne Gregory in any possible real estate purchase or sale that I can. I count it a blessing that not only did I find someone that represented me well, I believe I have also made a life long friend.

I cannot begin to describe the level of professionalism displayed by Jayne and her team. I would not think of ever retaining the services of anyone else for future transactions. One should only contact her if they want the best possible representation by a tenacious advocate, someone willing to ask the right questions, and provide the most accurate answers.

Jayne is friendly, responsive, and gives thorough, easy to understand explanations of different processes and considerations you should make when buying a home, which was very helpful as a first time buyer. I always felt that Jayne was getting me the best possible deal, and she went above and beyond to help me ensure the house was in good repair and to expedite the buying process. Definitely reccommend!
