12/27/2014 - bowserpjard Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Pensacola, FL. I DECIDED TO BUY A HOME AND A CLOSE FRIEND RECOMMENDED JAYNE WARD. WE TALKED ABOUT THE KIND AND PRICE RANGE OF A HOME I WAS LOOKING TO BUY. SHE SHOWED ME HOMES THE NEXT DAY. WE LOOKED AT ALL THE HOMES THAT WERE ALREADY ON THE MARKET. I TRULY FELL IN LOVE WITH ONE HOME, BUT IT WAS SOLD BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO BID. ONE DAY I WAS SO DISCOURAGED, I THOUGHT ABOUT GIVING UP LOOKING, BUT STANDING BY HER CAR SHE LOOKED AT THE NEW LISTING SCREEN AND WE STARTED FOR THE 2 NEW LISTINGS. THE FIRST NEEDED TOO MUCH UP-DATING. THE SECOND WAS JUST RIGHT!!! THE OWNER ALREADY HAD ONE COUPLE OFFERING; BUT, THEY AGREED TO LOOK AT MY OFFER AND I GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!! JAYNE THEN WALKED ME THRU THE WHOLE LOAN PROCESSING, AND WHEN I WANTED TO PULL OUT MY HAIR SHE KEPT ME GOING. I JUST SPENT MY FIRST CHRISTMAS IN MY FIRST HOME. I CAN'T RECCOMMEND HER HIGHLY ENOUGH.

My husband and I were looking for a vacation/rental home, within a exact budget, and Jayne was very helpful in locating several properties that could be possible purchases for us. She was well-organized when it came to every aspect of the process - from initially identifying the properties, to looking at the properties, to closing on the home that we wanted. I also appreciate the fact that she was flexible with her time, very responsive to calls and emails, and continued followed up after the purchase as well. I would definitely use her again when buying another property and would recommend her to others as well.
