JC Coulter so blessed to have a career in the Real Estate! He has been fortunate enough to have been in the industry for about two years now, and he can confidently say that you will not find an agent that will outwork him. His goal is to make the home selling or buying process as hassle free for you as possible while keeping his clients out of high risk scenarios. He's worked with First Time Buyers, Investors, Seniors, and Everyone in-between which has helped him develop a strength and understanding for different needs and goals when it comes to one’s Real Estate. While he's a younger face in the crowd, his creative approaches, passion, and strong drive (plus amazing clients) have allowed him to do over 10 million dollars in Sales Volume over the past year.

After graduating from college with a B.S. in Political Science and Education and moving back to Colorado in 2020, JC's plans changed from being a teacher to obtaining his Real Estate license. He has always loved Economics, Politics, Building, and for those who know him well have come to find out…talking. This strange combination of interests/passions has led him to develop a passion for all things Real Estate.

His fiancé, Scout and I live with their Labrador, Remi, in Old Town, Fort Collins and are proud supporters of local small businesses. In their free time you will find them up the Poudre Canyon fly fishing together or hiking with Remi. Scout and him both have a love for fitness and love for sports which has led them to Coach Youth Sports in Fort Collins.
