As a University of California Los Angeles graduate with a degree in Economics and fluency in English, Swedish and French, Nalle Grinda has evolved into a successful real estate professional. Having the privilege of traveling the world for his education and lengthy tennis career, Nalle has been able to grow his professional network by connecting himself with well-recognized individuals around the world, allowing him to hone his understanding of people and their needs.
Although an Economics major, Nalle’s interest in the Real Estate world began in 2005 when he found a passion in finding people the high-end homes of their dreams around Paris and the South of France. Those early years gave him the ability to strengthen much-needed skills such as market research, communication, time efficiency, and dependability.
Five years later, after arriving in Miami in 2010, the skills Nalle obtained in the initial stages of his career allowed him to see the city for its growth potential, encouraging him to pass his real estate license in the states. Soon, Nalle would be the link between wealthy European investors and the luxury market in South Florida. Allowing him to expand his real estate business by actively developing high-end luxury products from Pinecrest to West Palm Beach, only hoping to keep going on and on
