This woman is top notch. She has been in the business a few years and knows the ins and outs. She will fight for her clients and help in any way she can with other connections you may need, questions, and services. Sometimes being in the business and having connections she can catch things ahead of time that might be a potential future problem. She knows enough loan officers to have great referrals that way too. She knows her stuff and that helps you feel at ease with such a big purchase.

I had a very bad experience with realtors taking advantage of me and not doing their jobs. For 6 months, they were unable to find me a suitable home. My house had already sold and I had nowhere to live. I was going to be homeless.

I fired them and hired Jeannine Maxwell on a Monday. By Tuesday morning, she had set up showings for me. By Wednesday, we had a contract offer on a home. By Thursday, the contract was signed, and I had a home. I no longer faced the fear of being homeless.

Jeannine helped me gain access to my new home before closing, so I could do measurements and figure out where furniture would go. She stood by my side at closing and, over a year later, she continues to check in on me and make sure I am still happy. A year later, she resent my closing documents so I had them readily available when filing my taxes.

Jeannine is a very happy and kind person. She is a joy to be around. She gets right to the job and sincerely helps a house become a home. I have sincere respect for her and highly recommend her as your realtor.

When we think of buying our first home. It’s usually a scary thought. Jeannine made my first home purchase anything but scary. She made me feel heard, she fought for me, she gave me amazing advice, and ultimately, she helped me get my very first home, which ended up even being a brand new build. I can never thank her enough for everything she did. People say, realtor’s are sales people, but Jeannine was and is so much more than that! Thank you for everything, Jeannine!!

Jeannine helped me buy my first house and then helped me sell that same house when it was time for something new years later. I had zero clue what I was doing when I first bought, and she confidently navigated me through the process with care, kindness, and good humor. I cannot imagine what that process would have been like without her. The same was true when it was time to sell my house.
