Jeff Hickethier

Ericks Realty has a long history in Deer Park. Originally opened by John Erickson in the 1950’s, it has changed hands only 2 times, once to Jerry Carpenter in 1978, and again in 2015, to Jerry’s daughter, Kim and son in law, Jeff. Current owners, Jeff and Kim Hickethier, have been learning the ways of real estate all their lives.
