It seems like buying a home gets more and more complicated and complex each year, but every last detail was attended to with thoroughness and an amazing amount of personal attention, with Jeff instantly addressing any and all issues that come up. I worked with Jeff when selling a property that was purchased as a fix & flip. He was great through the whole process, checking in on the work we having done, offering tips on what people are looking for and encouraging us throughout the whole process! When it came time to list the property, he met the challenge head on and arranged for open houses to bring buyers/realtors in to see the place! House sold in 10 days!

I could not have asked for a better agent to sell my home. I came to Jeff with a somewhat complicated situation because I am an out-of-state seller and the house was tenant-occupied. Jeff worked with me to ensure that not only my needs and goals for the sale were met, but also did a fantastic job making sure that my tenant was happy despite needing to invade their space through the showings, inspection, and appraisal. I realize that my situation required Jeff to go above and beyond, but he did so without complaining and the sale went as smooth as it could've possibly gone.
