Jeff was my realtor for both the sale and then the purchase of my houses recently. And he was my realtor for my house purchase 4 years ago, too. My heart was set on purchasing this particular house or none at all. Jeff worked quickly with the seller's realtor who accepted a contingency contract with us and he worked with me to get my house shown at its best and succeeded in getting my house under contract in 11 days. He found me a very helpful mortgage guy too. We closed on the sale and the purchase on the same day. All very intense, but Jeff's knowledge and people skills got it done. I love my new home.

Jeff was the most amazing real estate agent! He was knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and always there when I needed him to be. If I was ever overwhelmed, he walked me through the process to calm me down. He showed me every house I wanted to see and more. Eventually, he talked me into seeing a house, that had absolutely no appeal to me online at all, and I was so frustrated with how insistent he was... then, I walked inside of my the house and it was PERFECT!! We ended up buying that house and we are so happy in it! He knew what I wanted and needed and we got into a neighborhood we wanted and Into a home he knew would be perfect for us before I did. He’s that good!! I would highly recommend him and in fact, I do to my family and friends!
