Greetings,
I have been an Active Real Estate Broker since 1999. I wear two hats at present. One as a Broker the other as a Captain with the Statesville Fire Dept. I have been with the fire department for 27 years and working as a Broker is a great compliment with my fire dept. career.

Our hours are a 24 on and a 48 off duty time. This equates to about 9 shifts per month. So many times I hear of stories about agent interaction. The most common is that "my agent put his needs before mine, he didnt listen to what i wanted and only showed me properties that were the most rewarding to him"

You wont have to worry about that with me. I dont need to make a sale to feed my family as i get a steady check from my fire dept job. I am a great listener and have plenty of experience in my area. More importantly i am also educated in other various aspects of the community that may be of interest to potential home buyers and sellers.

Over the years i have earned various awards including Top Buyers Agent and Top Selling Agent. I have worked with many military folks as well as many emergency service personnel.
