Jeff Pederson

Jeff Pederson has been servicing the commercial real estate needs of the people and business in NWA for several years now as well as assisting companies large and small, local and international with an interest in growing in or moving to Northwest Arkansas.

Year over year Jeff Pederson has been one of the top performing agents at Lindsey and Associates and consistently among the top producing group of commercial agents in the market. He attributes his success to great customers, strong work ethic, and guiding principles to do the right thing always.

Jeff Pederson was raised and educated right here in Northwest Arkansas. While his professional career took him to other markets over the years he returned to NWA over 16 years ago to call it his forever home! While back in Northwest Arkansas he has been very active in not only the commercial real estate market but also in supporting the community though various charitable causes including being a co-founder of The Founders where him and his partners raise money every year benefiting the Children's Safety Network. Jeff has also served on the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce board of directors. His proudest accomplishment is being husband to his wife Allison and father to his two kids Andrew and Natalie.
