I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff Brooks. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want. Rather than looking at dozens of homes, he helped by filtering through houses as he knew what we were looking for. He kept on top of sending us new listings and was always available to chat with any little question I had. He was great with setting up appointments and always made time to check out homes with us. His experience helped us see things that we may not have known. He always went above and beyond to help gather as much information as possible to help us in any way. Upon closing escrow, Jeff was with us every step of the way. He made himself available for every email, call or text which helped ease some of the stress. My husband and I were so lucky to have had Jeff on our team during the purchase of our first home. In addition, Jeff even gifted us a deep clean of our brand new home which was fabulous! Jeff Brooks was a pleasure to work with. I was a nervous first time home buyer. He made the process simple and easy. Was always there to handle my concerns at a moment's notice. At no point did Jeff try to sell me on anything or rush me into choosing a property. I felt very at ease having such a honest and knowledgeable agent in my corner. The sellers had to make quite a few concessions I never would have gotten on my own. I would gladly recommend Jeff to a friend or family member and would easily work with him again.

If you are looking for an awesome realtor, honest, hard working and with only your best interest in mind, look no further than Jeff Brooks!! He is the best of the best!! He will go over and beyond the call of duty for his clients. I just can not say enough great things about him!! You cant go wrong with him, going with Jeff Brooks is the best decision we ever made Our first experience buying a home was with someone else, it was a nightmare! We were stressed out the whole time. Had to be busy making sure the realtor was on top of things, mostly she wasn’t! Long story short, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all!! Since it was our only experience, we just assumed that was the way it was supposed to be. Then we met Jeff Brooks, when we sold our first home, and bought our second home, we went with Jeff Brooks. It was unreal how easy and pleasant he made this experience! No stress at all, because Jeff took care of everything for us. We didn’t do anything except sign papers! He was on top of everything! We never had to worry or check up on him for anything!! He sold our home in one week for more than we listed it for, and found us a new home that was perfect! When my husband decided to move to Arizona, we had Jeff sell our home in California again! He sold this home in 3 days, again for more than asking price! Everything went fast, but smoothly. He has great advise on what to do to make your home sell fast!! We were devastated when we realized that Jeff wouldn’t be able to find us a home in Arizona, and again, just like the first time, this experience in Arizona was horrible and stressful! I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have Jeff to call for advise. Even though he wasn’t working for us anymore, he still was there for us over the phone. That’s the kind of guy he is!!
