Prior to joining Compass, Jeff has worked extensively in the music industry. Helping artists negotiate their terms with labels such as Sony, Universal, Warner Music Group, and Ultra Records. Working side by side with artists, Jeff has procured a high attention to detail regarding client needs. As an energetic, reliable, client-focused agent, Jeff approaches everyone’s individual needs with curiosity and care.

Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their “Target Dog.” In his free time he enjoys exploring the city, finding the best cold brew, playing drums, and rock climbing.
