Jeffrey was born and raised in Napa, California. He grew up on an 11 acre farm which is where he developed his work ethic and his first appreciation for real estate. With three older homes on the property, there was always a project or a renovation to be had. After high school, Jeffrey moved to Sonoma County and graduated from Sonoma State with a degree in Kinesiology. In his time at Sonoma State he developed a love for fitness and his first career was born. He created LiveFit Bootcamp and for the next 12 years he reached success in the fitness industry training over 2,000 clients. Jeffrey has always been passionate about helping people reach their goals and pushing them to the next level of success.
In the midst of his growing career, Jeffrey bought his first house. It was a house most would pass on, but he had vision, seeing beyond its current state to what it could become. Jeffrey knew he wanted to make the most out of the property and he did just that. He converted a detached garage into a rental unit, and went on to renovate the main house turning that into a separate rental unit as well. Shortly after he purchased another property and did the same process over again transitioning himself out of the fitness industry and onto investment property opportunities. Over the next few years he purchased, renovated, and sold a handful of other properties. During that time he met his wife, Brittney, and they welcomed their daughter, Grey, into the world. Brittney learned the ropes of renovation and property management adding a teammate to his business, and the two continue to teach Grey how to demo walls and lay floors.
Jeffrey and his wife knew they wanted a better future for their daughter, and leaving California became their goal. They sought out on their first adventure to Franklin, Tennessee. They acquired a short term renovation project, but when the project was over they knew in their hearts Tennessee wasn't their forever home. This brought them here to Boise, where they finally purchased a home and not a project. They have finally landed.
Jeffrey enjoys playing golf, always finding a project around the house, eating all the sushi he can find in Boise and enjoying a creative outlet of building custom furniture. Jeffrey and his family love meeting new people and find tremendous value in being part of the community.
