Jeff attended Ohio State University and has a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Franklin University. After a successful career as an executive for a Fortune 500 steel company, Jeff moved to Naples in 2001 from Columbus Ohio.

He has been involved full-time in the real estate profession for 24 years. He specializes in the luxury real estate market and focuses on golfing communities and beachfront properties. His extensive knowledge in construction makes him a valuable asset to buyers who are looking to build new construction homes from a distance. He provides design advice and project management.

Jeff started his real estate career as an agent for Prudential Florida Realty. After nine years with the firm, he became the Broker for Keller Williams Elite Realty where he was an owner of the office.

Currently, he is a Broker Associate at Realty World. He offers clients an in-depth knowledge of Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero where he specializes in high-end golfing communities, beachfront properties, and new construction. Jeff’s ultimate goal is to provide professional services in a timely manner whether working as an appraiser or a broker. He also is a state-certified residential appraiser (Cert. Res RD 7580) and has owned SWFL Appraisal Services Inc. since 2003. This knowledge gives his clients an advantage because he is able to give them accurate information regarding the value of the properties they are buying and selling. He also has extensive knowledge of the communities in Lee and Collier counties since he has appraised thousands of homes in the area. He has also participated in over $320,000,00 in real esate transactions .
