I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV - the son of a 30 year real estate veteran. Being surrounded by the industry every day, I could argue my path into this business likely came around the age of 10 when I would start attending open houses with my Mom, and began asking her question after question about buying, selling, and owning real estate.
After nearly a decade in the industry, I have a wealth of experience across every facet of the business, particularly on the investment side of the industry, having helped multiple landlords and funds make acquisitions, structure rental renovations, and optimize returns on their portfolios. My career began doing 50+ rental transactions per year across all of New York City, and grew into a large advisory role for a large number of landlords and investors across the NYC Metro and Northern New Jersey. I was a top volume agent with The Agency in New Jersey for a number of years.
In 2023, after 10 years on the East Coast, my wife and I returned to our hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada where my real estate advisory is based and focused today.
