About Jehad

Jehad Bader began his career in Real Estate & Finance in 2004 as a loan officer. He was able to attain success swiftly via hard work and perseverance. Mr. Bader founded his first mortgage company as a result of his love and passion for the sector. Mr. Bader's work in this role led him to begin establishing a solid reputation as one of South Florida's leading mortgage experts and soon rose to the position of top producer. Even during the 2008–2010 market downturn, he helped countless real estate companies with short sales to avoid foreclosure.
In 2016, Mr. Bader wanted to be more involved in the home buying process to which he sought out to become a licensed Realtor. Mr. Bader used his knowledge of finance to help purchasers select properties that were best suited to their financial circumstances. This led to more closings and devoted clients who trusted Mr. Bader and his skills. His knowledge of the field and skills enable him to analyze any scenario and respond swiftly to deliver effective results.

Over the years, Mr. Bader has dealt with a complete range of Real Estate & Finance, whether it be negotiating a Short Sale, helping a foreign national in need of property management, or an investor searching for the next opportunity. Mr. Bader has provided continuous dedication and relentless hard work.

In order to provide a more well-rounded and smooth experience for his clientele Mr. Bader made the decision to take use of his significant mortgage industry knowledge in 2021 and established Creed Mortgage.
