Jen Metzger

Jen Metzger, member of the Jared Sapp Real Estate Group, brings a diverse and long-standing history with real estate to the team, having grown up in a family of developers. Between Atlanta and Charlottesville, Virginia, Jen has been involved in two, large Buckhead apartment developments; building over five hundred units in Charlottesville; as well as locating, buying, and facilitating the build and renovation of countless homes. Jen has a passion for finding homes with hidden potential and truly bringing them to life for her clients. An Atlanta native and graduate of The Lovett School, Jen left the city to play soccer at The University of Virginia but now lives with her husband, three children and rescue dogs around Chastain Park. When not working with her real estate clients, Jen enjoys yoga, healthy food and being environmentally responsible. community involvement Jen volunteers with various pet rescues and is passionate about helping the homeless.
