I have bought 6 homes during my life time and this was by far the hardest transaction I have ever had. However that was not Jena's fault in fact if it had not been for her we would of walked away from the sale. The problem was with the loan officer. Jena was very Professional and knowledgeable and if she didn't have the answer she worked on getting it. A very resourceful young lady! I highly recommend Jena and would use her again. Our new river house is Awesome. THANK YOU JENA FOR FINDING THE HOUSE and GETTING IT DONE!

After watching a sell and purchase that Jena did with a family member of ours, we decided to utilize her expertise and services for our first time homebuyer experience. I will forever be grateful that we did! We had a very complex VA Loan process with extreme expectations and standards. Jena made this entire process SO extremely easy by first connecting us with an amazing lender. Once we were pre-approved, Jena found an outstanding amount of homes to consider. Not only that, but she spent HOURS showing us homes, even ones she knew inside we would not care for, but insisted to see. She was patient, honest, extremely hardworking and TRUSTWORTHY! She really served us well by establishing an impressive rapport with the selling agent, which ultimately made the negotiations simple and acceptable. I cannot rate Jena high enough for her dedication, and helping us achieve the ultimate dream come true! I highly recommend her for ANY real estate transaction, no matter how large or small.

Jenna is a genuine person we actually enjoyed hanging out with her while searching for a house.
Which was a short process, because she found us one very quickly.
Compared to our previous home purchasing experience, Jenna made it so easy on us that we almost couldnt figure out what the deal was with our previous real estate agent.
We will recommend her to anyone and everyone from now on.
Also, Gordon at Cross Country Mortage was a HUGE help and very very responsive.
The two of them are truly a dream team.
