Jenn is absolutely a delight to work with. She has loads of experience and really knows the Richmond market. I have bought a house and sold a house with her and both experiences were absolutely awesome! She knows how to negotiate when you are buying and knows how to get top dollars when you're selling. Jen has such an incredibly calm presence, and inexhaustible patience!! Even with a picky, anxious house buyer like me, she was available to us for over a year while we looked at countless homes, and never felt pressured. When we finally made the decision she helped us get the house (despite multiple offers being placed on it within hours of listing!!) I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
