Moving to a new home in a completely new area and having a custom home built, does it get any scarier than that? Well now, not if you have Mary Warr from the Jennie Johnson Team at Keller Williams Realty in Boise on your side.

Over the last 10 months we constantly have been reminded how very fortunate it was to have met Mary and chosen her as our real estate agent. Talk about communication...….every step of the way Mary was in the lead making sure we were informed about what was going on with our new home to be. There was never any breakdown or lack of responses between her and the builder which she immediately passed onto us. Mutual respect between them was very evident.

This was the 7th home we have purchased and never has a transaction gone this smoothly. The home was finished on time and it closed on time. Of course I have to give Brighton Homes a big thank you for building our dream home.

What more could a buyer who moved several states away from their previous home want? All this was made possible because we had a phenomenal team leader by the name of Mary Warr !

We have a Five Star Realtor named Kirk Hessing. He does what he says that he will do and then goes the extra mile. He surrounds himself with only a five star team, Jina Nelson and Kim are the ones we worked with and like Kirk, they made us feel like we were their only customer.
We hired Kirk over a year ago, he told us what to do to our house and when to put it on the market and it sold in three days. We then needed to downsize so he watched market for the best time to buy and we live in a nice smaller dream home now. Even Kirk’s subs are top notch.
He has followed up with us and he and his team have helped us after the sale.
Yes we feel like we hit the Jackpot, we couldn’t be happier.

She was patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to our questions, even though our transaction was fraught with issues she stuck in there with us - finding solutions and dealing with unbelievable problems at closing. She’s a personable, competent and confident realtor. My wife and I felt comfortable with her immediately. Mary gave great advice as far as our offer went. She was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely challenging sellers’ market. She helped us view the place several times, get it pre-inspected, get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together. This was the most difficult selling experience we’ve ever had. The Jennie Johnson team is made of of the most giving people I have ever met. When I was selling my home, I couldn't afford the landscaping and my big yards and gardens were a disaster. The team brought themselves and their families to pull weeds and mow the lawn. It was a lot of work! And they sweat it out in the hot sun for a few hours. I've never before seen this kind of commitment to a client. They are generous, kind and hardworking!!
