Jennifer is amazing to work with! I am truly grateful we had her by our side during this process! Building a vacation home during a pandemic was not easy - having to adhere to travel restrictions/covid/supply chain constraints, trust me when I say nothing about new construction during Covid was easy except to follow Jennifer’s level of grace and expertise! It was easy to follow her lead! She was with us every step of the way always going above and beyond what was expected.
Her decades of history/familiarity of the island in addition to her mastery of the housing market made her the right choice for us. She is an excellent communicator, always providing written communication after meetings with the builder/selling agent, she is highly organized and is a firm negotiator! We were more than pleased having Jen at the helm! And, even happier with the upgrades she worked in!
Jennifer is completely dedicated to her clients. You will feel her undivided attention. For me, she provided a level of trust/certainty during an uncertain time. There were many times when she had to visit the site and FaceTime with me because I couldn’t physically get there due to Covid. Her dedication goes beyond measure and her friendship will always be remembered. I’m grateful to now call her a neighbor, realtor and friend!

Jen DaSilva was outstanding to work with because she has a great customer-first service model. She listened to understand what I wanted then helped me find it. She offered very helpful information based on knowledge of the Island and experience as a resident to help me with location and pricing. She is one of the top real estate agents on Martha's Vineyard - everyone spoke highly of her and the reputation is well deserved. Jen put her knowledge of the local businesses to work for me too. I appreciated that she is well connected, having cultivated a network of other outstanding service providers - builders, architects, insurance agents, home inspectors, lawyers, mortgage bankers - each of her recommendations has likewise been outstanding, with excellent follow through. Plus, I am an African American buyer so the history of Blacks on the Vineyard is something I will take pride in becoming a part of and Jen even went the extra mile to introduce me to the prior owner's family friend so I can learn more about the +100 year old property in Oak Bluffs that I purchased. I highly recommend Jen DaSilva to anyone who is looking to own a place on the Vineyard!

From our first conversation to closing, she managed and executed every step with the utmost professionalism. Jennifer is the absolute BEST! She knows the island inside and out. She listens to what you want and your price range and shows you listings that are respectful of that. She quickly assesses your likes and dislikes and is able to show you properties that are within your consideration. One of the things we like best about Jenn is that she is honest. She gives you full disclosure on pros and cons and is very helpful when you are trying to make a decision on a property. Jenn is one of the TOP agents on the island and is very busy, however she made us feel like we were her only client! She is so responsive and professional. She must work 24/7. As longtime Manhattan residents and apartment dwellers, we finally decided to take the plunge and buy a house in Martha's Vineyard in the summer of 2019. What perfect timing and we owe our success to Jennifer DaSilva who guided us through every step. Having known Jennifer for years, we were thrilled when she became a realtor in MV. Jennifer is knowledgeable about the Island having owned a home here with her husband for many years, so she understands the pros and cons of the different towns. After many many years of spending a few weeks each summer on the Vineyard, we finally made the decision to purchase our own home here in the summer of 2018. After speaking with several different realtors we chose Jennifer DaSilva and we could not have been happier with our choice. She took the time to understand our needs, made sure we knew what was happening with the market when we were not on the island, and helped us avoid some very costly 'rookie' mistakes when buying a home on the Vineyard. we love our Vineyard and home and are now starting to work with Jennifer to find a second one!!!
