About Me: With more than two decades of real estate expertise along Florida’s Emerald Coast, I’ve built a reputation on personalized service, deep local knowledge, and unwavering integrity. I’m proud to hold designations as a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Florida Military Specialist® (FMS®), serving diverse buyers and sellers, including vacation homeowners, military families, investors, and first-time primary home purchasers.
I relocated to the Emerald Coast in 1996—and became a licensed Florida Realtor in 2003—fueling a passion to help clients make meaningful moves in this uniquely beautiful market. Before real estate, I held a B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration (Marketing Management) from the University of Alabama and worked in hospitality and banking—experiences that sharpened my negotiation, marketing, and client relationship skills.
My Practice & Community Values
Each year, I assist between 20 and 60 families with their real estate needs—whether that’s buying or selling vacation homes, second homes, or primary residences. Over the decades, my roots deepen through charitable work, including support for Villa Amistad, which helps move children out of orphanages in Bolivia and working as the Administrator for Holy Nativity Episcopal Church.
