I just want to come on here to show my appreciation to Jenny Fanning on helping me purchase my first home! She was super responsive and listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a home . I could truly feel that she wanted to not just find me any home but a home that fit everything I needed as a mother with a young child . I truly appreciate how quick she works and her experience . We were able to close with in 6 weeks of looking for a home . The second offer she placed for me was accepted we didn’t have to look for to long it was an easy and quick process. What I like about this business is the fact that this agent actually knows her job, she goes about everything like an expert and you are bound to succeed working with her. Getting to work with her in our house purchase was so exciting after having failure from two previous agents. From the first day my husband and I met and spoke with her about the property we presently occupy, it was a 98% success. First of all, I have to say that Jenny is AMAZING! She is very understanding and considerate. She listens to exactly what you want! Not only that, but she also such a great person. She answered all of my questions and helped me with any concerns I had. She also knew all of the areas I was looking into along with school districts and shopping! Major plus! Jenny was there from start to finish and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. She was very passionate and optimistic about me finding my dream home! That’s exactly the type of realtor you want! Jennifer is a wonderful, very informative real estate agent. She was so wonderful to my husband and I. She made us feel very welcomed. She is very honest and straight forward. Jennifer was always ready when we were to look at homes. Even with a distance between us she always made us a first priority+ Unfortunately our experience was interrupted by Covid and she made the experience a breeze!!
