I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana State University and my Master’s Degree from Butler University. After nine wonderful years in elementary education as a teacher and assistant principal, I followed my passion for helping families in a new way and became a full-time REALTOR®. Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 800 clients through the buying, building, and selling process. I hold both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Luxury Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation. I’m ranked in the top 1% of all brokers in the MLS, a 10-time Five Star Professional Award winner, a nominee for MIBOR’s Realtor of the Year, and recognized as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents by Real Trends. At Keller Williams Indianapolis Metro North, I have proudly served as a teacher, mentor, and leader, and I consistently rank in the top 5% of Keller Williams agents across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Educating clients and empowering them to make confident decisions is at the heart of my business. I work with a balanced mix of buyers and sellers—about 50% each—and our listings average just 7.8 days on the market. I partner with relocation clients learning about local schools and communities, families building new-construction homes, buyers and sellers at every price point, and those purchasing resale properties. I especially enjoy supporting first-time buyers and sellers by making the process clear and approachable from beginning to end. Over 90% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which is the greatest compliment I can receive.
